How we work to deliver Grant Management Systems
Our consultants will initially meet with you and your team to get a full understanding of your current grant management processes. Once we have sufficient information we will provide a fixed-cost proposal, which will cover the design, development, hosting and support of the Grant Management solution.
Once we get the go-ahead our development team will start creating a series of wireframes to map out the key user experiences of the solution. In parallel, we will also start the visual design process based on your brand guidelines. These will be presented to you for discussion and feedback prior to the actual development build commencing.
Following the completion of the wireframe and visual design development processes, our software development team will start building the Grant Management System, based on the agreed technology stack.
The completed Grant Management System is fully tested by our team prior to being handed over in a secure staging environment for your user acceptance testing.
