Designed for your audience
A website is still the main home for your message or service and a vital location to interact with new users. We design websites that are created around your audience, ensuring they work best for the people that use them while meeting all your campaign or business objectives.
Whether it’s informational or a full-blown ecommerce with third-party integration, we don’t just design good-looking websites with excellent user experience (UX), we ensure they are performant and accessible, too. Our technical recommendations on an appropriate content management system (CMS) will be carefully matched to your needs and consider all these criteria.
We also understand the importance of keeping your website and data safe. Our technical team are specialists in secure development and integrations, ensuring data is only transferred using up-to-date industry standards and processes.

Created for your users
Our developers are involved from the outset of each project – long before the build begins. This approach helps to ensure your website's design and development reflect all the functional requirements – and technical considerations – that are needed to deliver successful UX and user interface (UI) design.
During discovery, we will look at your typical website users and their intent before creating wireframes to test and refine layouts of all the important screens. The main steps, or journeys, required to complete actions across these areas help us to fix positioning on the screen and identify hierarchies of information, smoothing the route forward into design.
With an agreed framework and content structure finalised, the project moves into visual design and user testing. Key screens within the system are designed with branding, palette and typography applied. The resulting concepts take shape in a clickable prototype and are where UX and content structure come together as user interfaces. Working with a prototype – whether as a minimum viable product (MVP), proof of concept (POC) or as part of a more linear project – allows your team space to iterate and reduces the risk of more involved changes when your project is in development.

Supported technologies

Support & protection
OWA offers ongoing 24/7 technical support and protection for all the websites we develop, starting with an inclusive 12-month warranty against any bugs or errors. We also provide ongoing technical support for your legacy systems and third-party websites, subject to the necessary checks.
Support can be combined with a hosting arrangement at our independent, fully managed UK-based data centres, providing a single, joined-up service for your website.
Knowing exactly where your data is stored geographically is important. Our hosting facility locations are ISO 27001 Information Security Management-certified, meaning your data is fully protected by UK law and is GDPR compliant.
Powering your services
All OWA builds are standalone or can sit within a suite of integrated technologies complementing each other seamlessly, ensuring your data, services and content appear exactly where they are needed.
Our support and hosting services are fully managed in-house and reflect our proactive approach to security, performance and stability. Both support and hosting issues are monitored and can be reported and tracked by our clients 24/7 using our online client portal.
