2. Why we collect it and the legal basis

Contact form data: We use this to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest -you've reached out to us and we need your details to reply.

Analytics data: We use this to understand how people use our website so we can improve it. The legal basis is legitimate interest. The data is anonymised and we cannot identify you from it.

Google Ads conversion tracking: We use this to understand whether visitors who clicked on one of our Google search adverts went on to take an action on our website. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

 

3. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions: We keep these for up to 3 years, after which they are deleted.

Analytics data: Retained in accordance with Google Analytics' own data retention settings, typically 26 months.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised website usage data. Google may process data on servers outside the UK.
